I admit he sounds like a high IQ player.
Thats good.
And he actually sounds like a good guy. Just a dude I would wanna hang out with and have beer.
Thats good.
He has ability. Thats good.
But I'm not excited and expecting much yet. I advise other people including Bryant do the same.
Wait till we see what happens vs a top contending team and see if hes playing well after game 50 or if his legs will be shot.
Otherwise he will need time to develop.
And unfortunately right now TIME is not the Lakers friend.
And shame on Kobe for calling him the "mini Mamba".
When he was a rookie Kobe hated when people called him the "next Jordan"
He would always say "I dont want to be the next MJ, I wanna be the 1st Kobe Bryant".
And now heres KB 16 years later doing the same thing to this kid who wasnt even a 1st round pick.
Agreed. I wanna see him do this against a contending team first. People are getting way ahead of themselves.
But he's been playing great, no doubt.

I'm sure there's some form of hidden jealousy, but the biggest & most important difference between the two, is G-Lock plays in control and Morris does not. You feel like you can trust Drew on the court. Darius, not so much.Morris is probably pissed.

inconsistent because of lack of PLAYING TIME
This young guard has a potential to become a scorer like Aaron Brooks

Considering how Blake is playing and is more of a PG it was a good move. If anything I would like Goudelock to take alittle more of Kobe's minutesHey Andrew, you were playing great for us when Steve Blake was out. Now that he's back, I'm gonna have to cut down your minutes completely. You know, because you're a rookie and I gotta hang with vets. That's how I'll keep my job. By losing with vets instead of rookies. Cool? Aight!

Pretty much, Brown said with Blake back the bench units 1 would be Blake and 2 would be Goudelock.
If we somehow land Dwight Howard AND Nash (which is one of the biggest reaches I've posted, don't think that will happen), then yeah...I have no problem with it, because Howard won't allow anyone to take Nash off the dribble 30+ minutes a game.
You should reach more often
