personally I want him to just shoot those. It cant be blocked and he hits most of them. 2 points is 2 points. But I cant stand his post game. Let bynum post and have gosal stay more out and bring a big out to give bynum some more room. And if they still double bynum gasol is open from 15 ft. Problmem is when he start posting and being hesitant on his shot. I mean com'on man who's gonna block ur jump shot

One thing we can rely on Pau is great defense at home. He gave Al Jefferson and Amare a lot of problems and David Lee had 7 turnovers today. Lot of Lee's points came when Pau was out of the game

Pau is making what really are demanding of him, like he always try to do.

Brown said before the game that Gasol will be relied upon to balance scoring with spreading the ball around in the offense. Earlier in the season, Brown complimented Gasol for how he passed the ball against the Sacramento Kings and said it reminded him of how Gasol played a distributor role on the Spanish National Team.

"With the stuff that we run, there's a lot of opportunities for him to be a facilitator because he is a scorer that can facilitate," Brown said. "He's probably the best combo guy we have on the team and so we have a lot of our sets, especially our sets that go to Kobe, where Pau is around that free throw/elbow line area and he's making the decision with the basketball, whether he's throwing it to Drew or he's throwing it to Kobe ...

"There's one basketball and you can't have three guys averaging 20-25 shots a game. So, there's got to be a little bit of a pecking order in terms of who you're going to and so on and so forth."

Bryant: Bynum now Lakers' No. 2 option

He has been playing 9 games in 13 days 35+ minutes per game with a hurted shoulder in a team which traded him and still are looking for replace him and having to adapt to a new role.

Gasol on court:
Lakers (Points per 100 poss): 105.6
Opposition (Points per 100 poss): 98.6
+/-: +7.0 points

Gasol off court:
Lakers (Points per 100 poss): 103.9
Opposition (Points per 100 poss): 109.4
+/-: -5.5 points

Besides, like other euro players, Pau likes play within the flow of the offense. Pau is not the type of player who performs especially well in an anarchic offense. And right now the Lakers still have no clear offensive schemes and roles. He will be a much more productive player when he is able to read well our offensive schemes.

Too much complaints for a guy who is making 17/9/2/2 if we take into account the circumstances.

Gasol makes open shots, the problem is when you play the good teams there are no/or few open shots and Gasol cannot create for himsef or his teammates. When the going get's tough Gasol is nowhere to be found!
