Hello all!

New to the Laker Nation community but have been lurking for months. I've always wondered how on earth Luke Walton has managed to stay on the Lakers for so long. I decided it was best that I seek the answer, and I've thus created my website: http://www.whyisluke...illinthenba.com !

Check it out, and follow us on Twitter @whyislukewalton .

THanks!!

Building a website for this purpose is really a useless time waster.
"The way Steve is as a teammate, the way he sets the tone, the way the team kind of takes on his persona. As a coach, that's the best thing in the world. It's easy to coach. He's taking care of the chemistry. You just coach."

You know what else is useless? Luke Walton occupying space on the team and the salary cap.

your trippen mayne Luke carried the Lakers on his back all the way to their 15th and 16th championships.
Helped KB get 1 less than MJ but 1 more than Shaq.

You're absolutely right, he did carry them on his back. I'll definitely do a report on his contributions.

bro Im just [expletive]in around. Real talk Id trade Luke for a bar of Dove soap if we could.
I do believe hes a great basketball mind and will make a great coach 1 day. A much better coach than a player.
But real talk he did have a few seasons before he started getting hurt all the time where he played well.
But he isnt worth the paper his contract was printed on now.

no......I dont even think hes top 10 worst of all time because even Luke has had flashes of good play. Like his 15-5-5 game in game 4 vs the nuggets in the WCF. Theres some ex Lakers who really never even had decent games....lol

Well Luke would be a better option than Murphy, McRoberts, Capono, or Morris. He knows how to flippin pass the ball at least., and what few minutes he's played this year he's looked decent, I'd like to see him play a little bit more if his back is healthy. I'd also like to see Fisher play the final 2 minutes of every game as opposed to Blake, but that's Mike Brown's decision.

It really is sad how there others players whom won't make the NBA or who will and wont even get an allotted playing time of 100 minutes for a whole career.

Son of Bill Walton, Politics is an amazing,

"Throw it down big man, throw it down." lol
