48 fps was almost too real looking. So real that the Middle Earth sets looked fake if that makes sense.


Yea my friend told me this when he went to go see it. He said most parts of the movie looked amazing, but there were some parts that werent the best looking due to the 48fps. Heard it was really good, can't wait to go see it.

All I want for Christmas is a Laker girl :D

Great movie really, i dont like that gandalf bows to galadriel but mehh

Just came back from watching it. Not sold on 48fps yet, Peter still has work to do. I thought it was way to fast in some parts, i would have preferred a 2D HD

Idk i was gonna go watch it, but it doesn't look very interesting to me.

It was better than fellowship of the ring. But I doubt that the next two eclipse two towers and ROTK

It gave some cool background to lotr's trilogy but other than that it wasn't the best. I think it was because "evil" isn't prevelent yet. So there's nothing to strike fear yet which was so key in lotrs. That should change as the series progress I hope

The movies is up on torrent site in dvdv quality and streaming site if people dont want to pay btw.
