celtics are the ultimate grind-it-out team

They really are. They have a defensive system that wears you down and they have players that find a way to score off of hustle and disciplined half court offense.

KG actually got a pretty good shot off. Good win for NY though. Melo took over. 17 points in the 4th quarter.

Yea I saw that air ball Lebron just does not have a natural touch on his shot I bet he constantly thinking about his shot unless it's one of those game where he's just on fire.....but regardless the Heat/Mavs game is mad boring I just want it to end so I can see Lakers get at Chitown.

Mavs are horrible...Putting aside the players that they lost, they just look awful. Let's see if it's just off-season rust.

You guys can make threads for individual games if you like. If this is the general thread for random games, that's alright. I think putting all other NBA games in one thread, especially in a compressed season with multiple games at all times, would be too hectic.

If there's a big match like Heat/Celtics or something similar, you guys have the green light to make a separate thread if you like :)

Don't get me wrong, the Heat look great, but I really think that the Mavericks are just "that" bad right now. Very little effort/hustle from them, as well.

This years Mavs are def worse than last years imo but I'm not gonna say their terrible or lost it based on this game, I knew they were gonna lose the Heat were out for revenge especially after watching Dallas hang their banners before the Heats eyes.

I kinda expected this. It's really hard to get amped up on banner night, and they're facing the team that they beat to win it all. The Mavs winning it all was based on them getting really hot at the right time as well. And obviously, they're not right now.
