It's a very well oiled machine. It's almost Spurs-like now except with more top heavy talent.

The Clippers are where the Lakers were last year. They have a great record, but there's just something missing with the team. They're the best of the non-championship contenders.
Lakers last year lacked drive and hunger. Clippers this year(and last year too) lack a half-court offense. Griffin has yet to become the Malone-Nowitzki hybrid that Mike Smith was predicting.

I'm just making the comparison based on their position compared to the rest of the teams in the league. They needed to make a splash at the deadline to become contenders.
