^ By hoping Kobe doesn't play at all tomorrow (which is what he said), that's basically what he's saying.

Damn. This shortened year was the perfect opportunity for Kobe to win the scoring title.

i dont think Session Pau and Bynum play i think Kobe will.

Why wouldn't Sessions play? He sucks ass. Only stars should rest.

Kobe has to score 38 to win the scoring title, don't see it happening. Rest him.

Kobe should play and go for it. It's only his third game back he needs to get back into game shape before the playoffs.

Since the first time I saw the schedule back in November I thought this would have been a loss. And since this is the last game of the season after 3 days off and we can not move up (or down) the standings, I think nobody on the roster cares about it.

It all depends on whether Kobe wants to go for it. Do you remember that game in Philly when he scored 20+ in the first half plus a few 3-pointers because he wanted to pass Shaq? I'm not sure though how much he wants to win the scoring title.

Edit: OK, never mind, Kobe won't play. So it's Bench Time... I hope to see G-Lock and Hill playing lots of minutes. Let's see what our "other" players can bring to the game when they are given more time on the court.

There's gold and it's haunting and haunting; it's luring me on as of old; Yet it isn't the gold that I'm wanting So much as just finding the gold; It's the great, big, broad land 'way up yonder, It's the forest where silence has lease; It's the beauty that thrills me with wonder, It's the stillness that fills me with peace.

Lakers coach Mike Brown said he planned to go with a starting lineup of Ramon Sessions, Steve Blake, Christian Eyenga, Jordan Hill and Josh McRoberts against the Kings.

Um, okay. I'm sure once he has another big game all of you will be praising him again. Sheesh, some of you are horrible. A couple bad games and all the sudden he sucks?
