Dunno why everyone is so scared of Memphis right now. I'm not worried about Memphis at all tbh.
The only team that really worries me is potentially OKC if we see how we matchup against them in the 3rd game.
But the main thing as far as any matchip goes, Gasol is going to have to bring it harder than he did tonight as is Sessions.
barnes has been playing aggressive and metta has been playing well and posting up more, something Gasol should be doing.
When Bynum is forced out of the paint, Gasol should be posting inside of it, they can't guard them both.
If we somehow land Dwight Howard AND Nash (which is one of the biggest reaches I've posted, don't think that will happen), then yeah...I have no problem with it, because Howard won't allow anyone to take Nash off the dribble 30+ minutes a game.
You should reach more often

Those "overrated" Flop City Clippers are now tied with us in the standings.
Don't set yourself up for a major disappointment, fellas.

His hands are terible.
His still makes an impact on the game.
Playing off Gasol or Bynun will give him HUGE openings to make plays.
he is still an UNPROVEN player, but he has potential, i want to see what he can do with some of the first unit guys. When Murphy comes in it is a travesty, Mcroberts has him monets, but we need to see what hill can give.
I believe Hill could match up better vs Matt Bonner and Blair better then Murphy or McRoberts could
Just look at what ebanks did in 9 mins of being thrown to the wolves...
Hill needs a CHANCE
Now that coach brown has shown that he knows Hill is on the team, and played him, who knows, maybe he is the first big off the bench next game, maybe he gets a couple huge hustle plays, a big highlight lob, or a big block, maybe he breaks the playoff rotaion, and makes a diffrence... (although, he looked tired, and gave ups on some plays when he played in the 4th today)

we are not winning it this year...
Not as is...
Not with the coach we got
not with the egos on board...
there is the talent here...
We CAN STILL WIN IT, things need to be changed...
there are so few games left... but, there is still time to right the ship and win...
We still have the best player in the NBA, and two of the top 7 rebounders in the NBA...
Bynum is a force, Gasol is great, but the team is not meshing...
Trying to mesh "inneffective players" into this team is hurting it, Blake, Murphy, Mcroberts, are hurting the team, anytime they are in the game, they are a liability, and have negative effects on the entire team, Goudelock, Morris, and HIll still have potential. Ebanks was given HUGE amounts of playings time and chaces, and provened average at best results. Goudlock has PROVEN he can be an effective socorer off the bench. Hill has shown he can make an impact on the game. Morris needs a chance to see if he can work with the team better then steve blake, we almost know what ebanks is. He is a hustle player, he will give you some plays in the game, he is not a game changer, he is not stuffing the stat box, what if goudelock had started a game or two when kobe was out? He could have dropped a 20 game, that changes the dynamic of the team.
As is, we are done for...
But, we have the peices ON HAND, to do it this year.
Kobe is the best there is
Bynum is now the best center in the NBA (howard is out for 6 months)
Gasol is the best international player(2 titles...)
MWP is a defensive force, he can still make a diffrence in the game on the defensive end, as well as a improved offensive game in the last few weeks.
We got a PG that is average (no disrespect to Laker Ledgend Derek Fisher), in Ramon Sessions..
We got a super off the bench player in Matt Barnes... (he found his home here, he WILL bring Kobe a title...)
We just need an off the bench low post force guy
and a scoring dynamo off the bench
We MIGHT have those in Goudelock and Hill
Blake, Murphy, and Mcroberts need to see less mins in meaningfull games.
All three of them (Blake, Murphy, Mcroerts) should be starting for the bobcats or Warriors, not playing meaningful mins with the Lakers.
The reason rondo is this good, is not entirely due to him being who is he as a talent, but, due to growing up with Ray Allen, Kevin Garnet and Paul Perice.
We need to play the youngsters
Hill, Goudelock, AND MORRIS (cause blake is D-Leage Trash)
