If the Lakers can just win two more games in the last five games, I think they will clinch the Third seed. I don't see the Clippers going 5-1 or 4-2 in their last six games.

I can. With Chris Paul at their lead, it's very possible for them. That guy is a monster in the clutch and can control the game when it matters most so amazingly. More times than not, he will not let them lose. His will to win is among the strongest in the league.

where is John Ireland?

Probably busy taking off his make-up.

I agree with you that Chris Paul is a monster in the clutch especially this season. But, he can't do it alone for the last six games of the season. Also, their schedule is tough like the Lakers.

Their remaining games are: vs. Thunder, @Denver and @Phoenix (b2b), vs. New Orleans, @Atlanta and @NY (b2b). So, basically the Clippers have five potential playoff opponents and four of them are in the road.

Yeah it was against the celtics. Hopefully it's a big confidence booster considering we have another one next week same time vs the Thunder and our first playoff game is usually an ABC Sunday afternoon game and I don't see why that would change this season.

Imagine if Dirk had a decent game...

I wouldn't credit Dirk missing wide open shots to defense. The Lakers did a good job of defending Nowitzki for the most part, but he missed a ton of looks that were literally wide open. Off shooting game for him, great for us.

We can beat Dallas in five with a healthy Kobe. No more worrying about Jose Barea or Tyson Chandler in the paint. I like our chances against this team. Rather play them instead of Memphis in the first round.
