offense looked pretty whack today. Nothing off the bench, Goudelock struggled with the pressure the Jazz guards were putting on him. Hopefully he learns from this. He just kept pounding the ball for the first 15-20 secs in the shot clock.

Positives taken from tonight is our team did settle down and battle back to within striking distance again then Kapono killed it. So we got a team that doesn't "fold it in" which is great to see.
James Worthy called the refs "inconsistent" he'll be fined shortly now

If we somehow land Dwight Howard AND Nash (which is one of the biggest reaches I've posted, don't think that will happen), then yeah...I have no problem with it, because Howard won't allow anyone to take Nash off the dribble 30+ minutes a game.

well we can solve 2 issues by trading mcroberts for OJ mayo
you solve our SF issue because kobe can slide to SF and OJ can be our SG

after tonight its clear. as bad as fisher plays our SF situation is worse than our PG
we get 0 production, the defense is average to below average and the offense. oh god the offense i would rather see fisher take 20 shots than watch our SF group offensively
I'd say as bad as PG. it's brutal watching them miss wide open shots.

I wouldn't get rid of Mcroberts. I'd send Kapono to the D league till he learns to knock down wide open shots.

Sorry I keep saying this, but the Lakers need more players who can produce on offense. Nobody wins consistently relying on 3 players for all the scoring.

Im not too pissed about tonight's loss. Its ridiculously hard to win 2 games in a row at Utah. They've always been a great home team. Just move on. Up next Philly on Tuesday

No energy from the Lakers but DESPITE that, they were holding the Jazz back and making them play their pace. Everyone talks how Utah is a young team, the Lakers were forcing them to play their pace till the blow up in the forth. We didn't get blown out this whole game, people need to stop acting like we were.

mcroberts is awful. i've been saying it for weeks. he hasn't even been on the floor for the past like 3 games because the coaching staff sees it. all he is is an athlete. nothing more. he's an ok passer but at the end of the day if memphis still is loving that mcroberts for mayo deal we need to call them up and say here you go

replace Kapono with Morris.
The reason being he can set up better shots for Goudelock and wGoudelock won't have to face tough defense while watching the other 4 guys stand around doing nothing.
Tonight the little they played together, Bynum got a great look, and Goudelock got a good look, they just both missed.
I wanna see that lineup evolve. I cringe for Kapono coming in offensively AND defensively and I only cringe for Murphy defensively.
