Disagree it's been MWP
MWP played pretty solid defense and shot the ball well in the first round of the playoffs last year. Pau was too busy shooting jumpers and letting Carl Landry embarrass him.

It's not the system though, it's the personnel. If we had the right personnel, all those open shots, more of them would go in certainly and that'd basically be the difference. You gotta' make shots period. Our roster just isn't that good.

It's a mixture of both. However, we can't simply trade half our roster to fit the new system, thus we need to tweak it to actually achieve some success. The way the offense is set up, we're not going to see much happening unless Kobe's gunning for 35+ on any particular night. We're not playing well, but our roster isn't as terrible as people think. We're still a solid team, just not a championship caliber one at the moment.

Arguably the greatest franchise ever

i agree our bench is better than its been before its just the bench isnt producing Kapono should have a better % in 3Pts Mettta declined drastically Mc Rob and Murphy are the only consistent contributers, as for the rookies they can only get better i wount mind if morris came of the bench but we do need a starting PG other than fish or Blake

If we somehow land Dwight Howard AND Nash (which is one of the biggest reaches I've posted, don't think that will happen), then yeah...I have no problem with it, because Howard won't allow anyone to take Nash off the dribble 30+ minutes a game.

No. Beating the Clippers isn't very impressive. The freaking Wolves beat them I don't see anybody calling them contenders. So if we win does everyone say we're contenders again?

Nah. We win 3-4 in a row and everything will be fine. Then when we lose another 2-3, we need to blow up the team.

Wolves didn't have Beasley,
Yeah, um... Bud... They didn't have Chris Paul?!

Never said Beasley was better, but he is a good scorer and one of their top players. Spurs beat the paper clips at the beginning of the season should they be seen as contenders? Of course not beating the Clippers doesn't mean [expletive].Hate to say it, but I think Chris Paul's slightly better than Michael Beasley. Maybe.

Show me where I said Beasley's impact is close to CP3.Beasley's impact is not even close to CP3. If the Clippers had Paul in that game, I can almost guarantee that they win it, he's that good. If anything, Beasley's play is a detriment to his team with his volume shooting and ball-stopping. He's a terrible fit in their new system this season.
Beating the Clippers doesn't mean [expletive]? Great, then teams that lose to them should feel like [expletive]. Oh wait, that would be us, right?
