Doubting this.
Last 2 times these guys played at Orlando their averages...
Howard:
39 minutes per game, 23 points per game , 14.5 Rebs/gm, 19/30 = 63% FG, 2.5 blks
Bynum:
24 minutes per game, 11 points per game, 7 Rebs/gm, 9/20 45% FG, 2.5 blks
Orlando spreads the floor, puts you in pick and roll situations and forces you to move your feet, Bynum hasn't been able to avoid foul trouble hence the lower minutes and production

I guess Kobe might go off they have no one to guard him
And Big Baby Davis has gone to his grandma's funeral and they dont know whether he'll be back from Baton Rouge for the 5pm game.

Those numbers are quite different when you adjust when they are on the court together. Howard get much more production when Bynum is off the court. Howard's number are still better but not as drastic. This will be a good test on how far he has come.Last 2 times these guys played at Orlando their averages...

Andrew fouls Howard whos fault is that? If you want to stay on the court to go toe to toe with Howard play better without fouling

His low minutes wasn't necessarily because of fouls. He didn't average 35 plus minutes like a Howard anyways. Still when judging them it is better to compare them as they are on the court together. Also we only have a small sample size in games.Andrew fouls Howard whos fault is that? If you want to stay on the court to go toe to toe with Howard play better without fouling

Andrew gets the minutes when those matchups are at Staples. The numbers are much better of course but he plays better at home

I hope this time our guards stay on the Magic shooters, but the question remains the same: will we be able to score?
We need our other roleplayers to score. I'm perfectly fine going into half time with Bynum and Gasol having similar double digit and rebound numbers and Kobe somewhere around 10 with 5 assists.
Our defense isn't the problem, it's converting on every time we stop a team, we blow opportunities defensively that would be putting us ahead and building distance on a lead.
If we're up by 6 and then we stop a team 5 times down and we don't score, and then the team comes back and hits 2 threes, those threes don't matter if we converted on each time we stopped them.
Main thing for this game, Kobe needs to NOT leave whoever he's guarding open for threes like he's been doing and the bench and roleplayers need to score.
If we somehow land Dwight Howard AND Nash (which is one of the biggest reaches I've posted, don't think that will happen), then yeah...I have no problem with it, because Howard won't allow anyone to take Nash off the dribble 30+ minutes a game.
You should reach more often
