Hard earned win. Maybe played a little too hard vs a mediocre team.
especially kobe who logged in 41 mins. these are the type of games the starters should dominate, kobe getting a bit more rest and give others enough playing time to gain their confidence. it will pay off later on.

Portland lost 102-77 in PHX. Grant Hill held Gerald Wallace to 1 point. WOW
MDI, Portland is a great home team but a terrible road team. They use the home crowd energy to play well. Also, the refs play through the Portland crowd just like yesterday.

I agree. I am glad they won but Kobe Bryant should have not scored 39 points against this depleted team. Also, they should not wait until the Third Quarter to play with energy and passion. If they do that often, they will get beat a lot. I like what Matt Barnes said in the post game interview: "We just decided to play basketball and have some fun." They didn't do that at all in the first half.

I guess father time is really catching up to Kobe, he's definitely not in the top 5 players anymore.

This is a different Golden state team. THey're gonna make the playoffs under Mark Jackson, they D up
I agree. They just need to be healthy period. Monta Ellis didn't score a lot today but he distributed the ball very well. Also, Klay Thompson can shoot just like Stephen Curry.
