I agree. But his decision making at the end of the game was pretty bad. He took horrible shots and turned the ball over.

This is exactly why the Lakers need a point guard. Kobe can't handle the ball in crunch time especially with a hurt wrist, too much of a risk of turnovers

Holy [expletive]ing [expletive] you guys downing Kobe like that.

GUESS WHAT? PLAYERS DO HAVE OFF GAMES JORDAN JUST AS WELL.

Calm the [expletive] down. I'd rather have Kobe shooting it over 2 then anyone else wide open who most likely would choke.

So it's alright to be critical of other players on our team and other players in the league if they play bad at the end of game situations, but Kobe is immune? I'm sorry but if a player makes bad decisions and doesn't play well, I will say it. No matter if it's Kobe, LeBron, Melo, etc. I don't care.

But we've already got Darius Morris. He showed he's got what it takes to be our PG of the future in the pre-season.

yo.

Kobe is a proven player. In crunch time our best player is Kobe. Granted he will mess up sometimes but remember we are all human. It's irritating to see users on this forum start criticizing him when we know what he CAN do. I don't think hes making bad decisions. He's tryna do his job.

Kobe played horrible. Only time he was useful at all was when he worked with Bynum, other than he was really bad out there. Almost cost the game.

and big thanks to Bynum. He was truly amazing.

Yeah it's kind of unfair to ask Kobe to be doing so much ballhandling with a [expletive]ed up wrist lol but he's the only dude we have that can penetrate a defense and still be effective throughout the game. Until that PG does come he's gonna mess up a few times but he'll make up for it...

WHAT????

He fouled out, we won. He was just lucky that Lawson missed two.

that hustle rebound was nice. But because of Fish's own shot -- granted, gasol had a panic attack and almost threw the ball away. blake is a better play maker and defender.

but with Drew ballin like that, Kobe needs to stop chuckin. he just wanted to get some D-Wade and Durant spotlight, given their winners recently. and then he missed a FT that would have won it. SMH.

Yup. Kobe almost single-handedly pissed the game away. We're lucky they blew so many chances and that Bynum showed up

While yall are killing Kobe for his shot selection, these are the same shots he ALWAYS takes. Look at his 5 game winning baskets 2 yrs ago. All of them were tough shots except the 3 pointer against the Kings. Same Kobe, they just don't drop every single time.

His decision making in the Bulls game wasn't the greatest. But in this game he either lost the ball or missed the shot. Why keep passing to teammates in a situation like that when EVERYONE was missing wide open shots. I'd rather live and die with my superstar any day.

Well, i guess people are finally starting to see what i saw sometime ago.
1)If anyone truly believe that we can rely on our awful bench or our so called 3pt shooting on a night to night basis, they can give up the idea.
2) Our team needs a ball handler urgently to aid Kobe. Darius Morris is the cheapest alternative but Lakers can use the 9m exception
3)We need a Slasher/ Jumpshooter Someone who can make a shot at will like J Terry, Richardson, Vince Carter.
4) Pau Gasol is not a guy who can make a shot on his own nowadays.
