You have no idea how pissed off I am that the Heat's rookie Norris Cole is already a very good player for them. A steal at the 28th pick.

I'm happy to see that Bogut is relatively healthy now. I'm thinking that Milwaukee can use him for a lot more than just rebounding and defense.

Captain Jack looks like he is playing more under control and taking better shots. Getting him and Udrih helps because the Bucks were the worst offensive team in the league last season.

Hey yall tell me what you think about these predictions. Its early but bare with me.

MVP - Durant
Scoring Title - Durant
Most Improved - Not sure but I'll go with Brandon Rush for now
6th Man - Harden
Defensive POY - Howard (But Deandre Jordan has a legit shot)
Rookie - Tough but I say Fredette

and then...
Top in Assists - Rondo
Top in Rebounds - Love
ONLY GREATNESS EQUALS GREATNESS

Not a big Lebron fan, but what he has been doing in Miami so far this season is impressive, even more so than usual. This dude is above 60% shooting for the year, when he takes virtually ZERO threes he's ultra efficient.

He's at 30.6 ppg/7.6 rpg/7.6 apg. Not bad.

I agree with you and the scary part, is that it doesn't even look like he is exerting that much energy to put up these numbers. Everything is coming easy to him. I'm not a LeBron fan neither but he is a statistical machine and I give the dude his props.

I am done giving Lebron credit for regular season statistics. We all know he is a great player destined to be in the Hall of Fame. I'm ready for Lebron to show me something in June.

Ernie: Kyrie Irving had 26 points tonight
Chuck: That's because the guy that was guarding him was 38
Ernie: But Steve Nash had 16/15 tonight
Chuck: That's because the guy that was guarding him was 19

I always believed Boston had a three year window with the core of Garnett, Allen and Pierce. Trading away Perkins too soon blew their shot at one last run against Miami.

Perkins was enough to stop Miami. Danny Ainge can't convince me that Jeff Green was the key ingredient to stop Lebron James and Wade on the perimeter. Yes, they needed someone to guard James and Wade, but you won 3 out of 4 with Perkins as your center in the regular season.

To be fair to Ainge, I read that management did not want to pay Kendrick Perkins 30million, and that is why he was traded to Oklahoma City. Grousbeck went cheap in a year where they could potentially return to the Finals, and it cost the Celtics their last chance at a championship run.

Now Boston is done. Doc Rivers only agreed to a five year deal because he loves coaching Rondo too much. The Celtics are done competing for championships. Miami and Chicago will own the next five years.
