Which team poses a bigger threat to the Lakers title hopes?
Hornets, Rockets, Suns (3 great players motivated), Portland( we were considerd too young last year), Spurs ( every other year) or Utah (TOUGHER THAN NAILS; great chemistry)?

Houston or NO.

We wouldn't have lost to Boston last year with Bynum.

I wouldn't be surprised to see a Lakers vs. Suns WCF with like others said, the 3 big names on that team getting motivated and push it all the way.

The other team I'd say from WCF are the Hornets.

ECF looks like Boston, but I don't see any others who can beat Boston in the ECF.

The Lakers. We can only ruin ourselves internally.

NOH, HOU, BOS, DET, CLE

the hornets are legit. but i doubt they can stay as healthy and as fortunate as they were last year.
houston, well i doubt they stay healthy long enough, and have their big time gamers together enough
of next season. odds are one of them will be out of the playoffs.
boston, those green bastards.
detroit, if they relight a fire under their butts and focus, are still a scary team
and if the Cleveland LBJ's can click, continue to play good team defense, and get some good star treatment
from the officials, they could also pose a threat.

but really, if we dont win it all this year. its the teams fault (barring any injuries *knocks on wood*)

I 100% agree.

We have the pieces, now it's just up to us to do the work.

I think we've had a thread exactly like this. A lot of people said Portland.

Hornets got Posey, didn't they? Add them to the list along with Houston, Portland, Cleveland and Boston.

Portland is young and inexperienced. Yes, they have a lot of talent, but even though they beat us in the regular season and make it to the playoffs, that's where they're going to realizes who's the elite teams and who's not.
