Yes. He does such a spectacular job warming up the bench for Mr. Bryant.

If we let him walk, who is going to be our go-to guy and our closer in late game situations. He is to valuable for this team. Give him the max.

Let's bash Luke thread.

Let's give him a Joe Johnson type contract.

Lol, when his contract expires I don't even see another team giving him a shot. He's a decent passer, unselfish guy, but he's not athletic, not a knock down shooter from 3 or mid-range, no post game, ball handling not so great, defensively he's mediocre, and his back has given him issues several times. He's just a guy who turned 11/5/4 into a $30M contract.

I can see him going into coaching though, down the line.

I think the max contact isn't even enough. This guy deserves it.

Luke is always quiet. Why should he talk. Do you think bc Luke is amarginal NBA talent that you are better in anyway than him? I certainly hope not

We could be upgrading staples center with 5 million dollars instead of letting this guy sit down on a bench

Yes we definitely should. He still has 3-4 years as a dominant player and a triple double threat, and even after that he can still be a solid #1 guy. No point overreacting to the playoff loss.
