I'm shocked by the San Antonio deal. I thought they'd move Parker and his large contract, and let Hill and Neal take over the point. I can't imagine why they didn't. Parker will be 30, with a lot of miles, and expensive, old, point guards are not typically a hot ticket.

Nolan Smith to Trailblazers could they trade Miller now?
Nolan Smith is more of a two guard imo, and he's a sixth man at best. I don't think he'll be starting for the Blazers any time soon.

I just realized... this is the first draft in, what seems like decades, that it matters who the Lakers draft. I mean, with Phil gone, a rookie might actually set foot on the court without warmups on.

Rudy Fernandez is going to the Mavericks for the No. 26th overall pick, with that pick being conveyed to Denver as part of the Raymond Felton for Andre Miller trade.
