The image you're trying to put up for your signature is far too big.



And when you do find one that's the right size (find one, or create one yourself), you can save it to your computer and go to an image hosting site (such as Imageshack, Tinypic, or Photobucket), upload it, then use either the forums link OR direct link to add it to your signature space.

The URL goes in between the IMAGE tags.
