No way they would get bounced in the first round in fact the team I suggest would get them to the finals

Pau for Ellis? Are you kidding?

Why not Pau for CP3, Deron Williams or Dwight Howard.

No way Mitch would trade Gasol for just the #2 pick and spare parts. Now if they threw in K Love and J Flynn or W Johnson then thats a trade we'd have to make. Im not really sure that a trade would work since Gasol makes so much more money compared to everyone else. Maybe we could use our trade exception and/or take Darko off their hands to make the money work. Hooking Pau up with his spanish teammate Rubio would give their team instant credibility and excite their fanbase. For the Lakers, a lineup of Flynn/Kobe/Artest/Love/Bynum with Odom and the #2 pick coming off the bench would make us a pretty good team. The best part of the trade is that we could always package the 2nd pick, Odom, and Blake or Flynn for either CP3 or D Will. In other words it gives the Lakers options.

Are you kidding?

Pau Gasol is not good enough to fetch players of that caliber.

Pau Gasol is GONE
