Anybody watching "Resurrection"? It's a much slower version of "Les Revenants". Anyway, there is this NIH guy who wants to see "Jacob", a kid who came back after being dead for 32 years and he literally says: "I'd like to meet Jacob". :naughty:

Of course, I immediately pictured this scene in my mind:

There's gold and it's haunting and haunting; it's luring me on as of old; Yet it isn't the gold that I'm wanting So much as just finding the gold; It's the great, big, broad land 'way up yonder, It's the forest where silence has lease; It's the beauty that thrills me with wonder, It's the stillness that fills me with peace.

Lost was pure. No product placements. No BS.

You don't ruin the Perfection of LOST with a meaningless reboot :smh:

ABC must find new projects dammit!

No reboot. That has to be a BS lie. Anyhoo imagine a return to the island at the point where that other canoe was chasing the group. Then poof who was that? They are gone but now we are in this timeline. A show about dharma would be killer. Get Tom Hanks to play alvar hanso.

ehhhhh....Im OK with the attempt ONLY if the original stars are somehow involved and the spin off is directly executed from the original story lines. Like a "FLASH PARALLEL" or something. A reality caused by the effects the original cast caused by the time lapses.

And only if the original writers are involved. I'm not with a reboot if it means "re-make". Not at all.

Or you could do pre-story before flight 815 even crashed there.

Like the ancient culture that built the statue.

Or more 50-70s stuff on DHARMA.

Or after 815...the Hurley years???

"WE HAVE TO GO BACK"

Im in.

lost was the best show i have ever watched from the first episode and on. I'll never get over the feeling the show made me feel when it was barely starting to rev up on the mysteries. Best show ever

Honestly, I didn't think so while I was watching the show. I loved it, but I didn't realize how incredible it was until after it was done. Once the journey was over, all I could think about was the show. I'm going in for a second watch once I get the time, I need it.

I actually re watched the entire series last summer and loved it all over again.

The first time I had seen Lost was after we went on a family vacation for 2 weeks and my brother had the first 2 seasons on DVD. I finished those 2 seasons in like 6 days. I'm pretty sure that came out to like 32 hours of TV watched in less than a week.

Was so much fun....

Ive been NOT watching it, in efforts to forget most of it, then watch it again and hope I feel the same way as the first time.

Anyone else doing that?

I re-watched it in December 2013/January 2014 after (almost) four years and, though I remembered a few major events, I felt even better than the first time because I noticed many little (but important) things I had missed.

Besides, we can watch every single episode right after the previous one; we don't have to wait ONE WEEK to know what happens next and this is very helpful with a nail-biting show like LOST.

You could start your own re-watch on Sept. 22...

Haha I actually intended to wait 10 years from the season finale so I could forget it all but saw they had it on Netflix one day and just gave in.

I was actually surprised by how much I had forgotten. So many details, especially ones I had never noticed before. Second time in some ways was more enjoyable than the 1st time. The emotions I felt from the first time seeing it though we're definitely better.
