Imagine a Kobe of today playing with a Shaq in his prime. That's a dream come true.


the fights would have been worse

shaq was the veteranand kobe was the young gun(he understood that a little so he didn't push the envelope too mcuh cause he was about winning)

but regardless the fight for alpha dog status was still there

kobe at 28 and shaq at 28 would be an alpha dog battle for the ages

That's nice. It'll only be a little while until...

In all honesty - it's nice to see Shaq stepping up and apologizing. Though, he already made himself look really bad. But not as bad as the Suns. :mad:

Didnt Kobe say, on the Jim Rome show a few weeks ago, that he hasnt spoken to Shaq about the rap incident???

good news is that i got tickets for the lakers and suns game, in november!
lets see shaq apologize with a bynum bomb in his face!

Kobe right now is mature enough to handle things with Shaq better then he would when he was younger and ego-consumed.

You know the guy, he wants to win championships and little skirmishes with Shaq would get in the way with their success. Too bad he didn't realize that before when Shaq was still around.
