Yea he did come through like a G, just winning the battle instantly. I heard that they don't go in order though. That for the show they go from one story in one book to another? Breaking Bad will do till next season though haha

I never read the books so i just assumed they went in order but I still never watched Breaking Bad I guess I give that a chance till Boardwalk Empire in fall, the Spartacus next Winter, and finally Game of Thrones next Spring.

I liked this episode much more than last weeks.

I feel things moving(sucks they wait for the finale to do so  ).

The one loose end/story I hate is with Brienne and Jaime. Filler -_-

Felt a lot of time this season wasted.

I knew they'd bust out the Dragons and whitewalkers :eh:

What I feel about the finale....
Theons a freakin idiot & his head is about to meet a spike.
I don't see Thwin being happy being the kings hand to his grandson.
Brann, the giant & the other two were told to head to the wall where Jon Snow is at. We now know it's also where the horde of walkers is at. Crazy stuff.
Khalessie should just keep Qarth. It's a nice looking city. But the dragons will be needed to defeat the white walkers.
And the imp seems to be SOL.

It was ok but nothing really big happened. None of the favs really made off too well with the exception on the mother of dragons. But she's still after a bigger prize.
The show gives us glimpses of another world with the good/bad magic, the undead, dragons etc, etc... I wouldn't mind a little bit more of this stuff & a little less betrayals.
But the walkers approaching the wall has my interest sparked similar to the shot of the prison in the Walking Dead finale.

that's how I feel. I like the magic and fantasy stuff. I hate that they wait for finales to break out those things.

I liked how jaqen could change his face. that was DOPE.

Actually like how they keep the fantasy and magic stuff at a minimum so far...I guess it makes it seem more realistic the way a lot of the characters don't even believe that stuff ever existed or exist anymore. But as the series goes on it's gonna be interesting to see the progression of how everyone reacts to the Dragons and Whitewalkers thats why I like that it's not too much right now.

Gotta find a balance. I trust HBO will.

What did everyone think of season 2?

I'd give it 6-.5/10.

I say season 1 was a 10/10 and season 2 probably a 7/10, I can def understand the 6.5 rating I was a little disappointed in this season it feels like it was really just a huge build up for season 3 really.

I did some reading up on the show and they are following the order of the books. Book 3 is supposed to be the longest of all the books too so we'll see what happens

I respect your POV but would like to point out that the very 1st scene in season 1, episode 1 was in fact a white walker attack.
I think some of the character are in denial that certain things do exist. Maybe they feel they'll deal with them when the time comes.

Yea I remember that but what does that have to with the character's being in denial when none of them were there? The only characters in the show that should be accepting magic are the ppl that have been exposed to it in the North and the Dothraki. The rest of the characters have not been exposed to magic at all yet.

Varys told Tyrion about Daenerys having dragons & they both pretty much shook it off. And Samwell hadn't come in contact with anything out of the ordinary but he knows what's out there through books.
And I never said the 1st scene had to do with any of the characters beliefs. It was just an observation.
