I can't get the emotions to come up when I click on it. Actually, I can't get the img tag, link, bold, italic, or any of that to work.

I cleared the browser but still having the same problems; I'm using IE8.
tried clicking emoticons, "insert link", "insert image", etc but nothing happens.

Part of the blog's header code wasn't working with the board's code. Not sure why, but I just re-wrote a few things.
