Here's the NBA playoff commercial version of the alley oop from 2009.

Seasons the Celtics lost ECF when Lakers won the championship (7): 1953, 1954, 1972, 1980, 1982, 1988, 2002
In NBA history, the Lakers have finished better than the Celtics by a margin of 41-25!

most memorable moment leading up to actually winning the 2000 championship, my love for the lakers started in the early 90s, was a fan in the 80s, but i was too busy playing with toys to really know what was going on, started learning bball more in the late 80s, and got way into in the early 90s moving back to california...10 years watching a team closely, and seeing them finally get it done...one of the reasons that the year 2000 was one of the best years of my life

video note: you know we were starved for a championship around that time because the crowd was actually wearing the yellow shirts they passed out...lol
