And the thing is that the Blazers are centering their attention around Dirk which in turn is giving Kidd plenty of opportunities. He's capitalizing to props to him, but he wont shot like this every game.

Very simple reason why Dallas won. Portland got into the penalty early and put them on the line for too many free points. That was the difference.

I always pull for the underdogs, but maybe I should be happy that Dallas won? Who knows.

Camby needs to get more burn imo. I'm not a big fan of the Blazers going small when they have a guy more than capable of playing the five and giving LA more time at the four. Also Brandon Roy didn't look all that good in the 4th.

To add to what I was saying earlier, not that I necessarily "want" to face Portland, but I just feel that we have a tremendous size advantage on them, which I think would pay huge dividends in a slowed-up, "grind it out" best of 7 playoff series.

I would rather play Dallas, because they don't score in the paint. They wouldn't really put pressure on our defense like that. The Blazers lost, but they pounded the Mavs inside. The Mavs' bigs do not score inside at all, and their guards shoot jumpers as well.

Dirk 7 for 20...13 for 13 free throws
Lebron 4 for 14...13 for 14 free throws

Kobe would never get double digit amount of free throws for shooting such a bad percentage SMH

Nate McMillan was furious. He was obviously upset about the free throw discrepancy in the 4th quarter. The Blazers pounded Dallas inside, but yet they got more free throws..lol. It seemed like Dirk got fouled on every possession in the 4th.

Dallas up by 8 with 4 minutes. Seems like everyone is taking care of their business except us. I have a feeling Portland was being overrated all along. New Orleans might end up being the tougher team, just because of Chris Paul.

Pretty surprised that Dallas pulled it off again. I thought for sure Portland was going to be able steal a game there.

Blazers are a whole another animal at home, this series is going to be all knodded up once it heads back to Dallas. Brandon Roy needs to get more pt, and Portland needs to do a better job defending the perimeter.

But can you imagine how easy finals would be if Kobe got the wade treatment 96 free-throws in 4 games

I hope Portland wins these next 2, because if not, they are going home early again and this series won't be as good as I expected.

Rudy Fernandez is such a scrub, he shouldn't even be part of Portland's rotation. I can't believe the Knicks were about to trade Chandler (I think that's who it was, I could be wrong) for him at the beginning of the season.
