If Memphis wins the next game, I just can't see SA coming back.

Over-hyped b1tches.

I wonder what Popovich thinks about the Pau Gasol trade now. :)

Not really overhyped. They did what Cleveland did last season and what most teams who win a lot of regular season games do

Beat the teams you should beat and at the very least go .500 to .750 against playoff teams

San Antonio did that and got a good record. Dont think anyone really ever thought they were as dangerous to LA as OKC, Dallas, or porland.

There were some thoughts when they were like 40-7 but in all honesty they were never hyped after that start

Why is it so quiet here? I only care about the Lakers, but I would have loved to see a Spurs/Thunder match-up. I think the Thunder will easily beat Memphis.

The Grizzlies have defeated the OKC Thunder 3 out of 4 times this year

MDI, you now have:

22222 posts.

Not sure if you noticed it....

Anyway, I find it hard to look ahead when our work is clearly far from done. Let's just hope we can close out the Hornets.

All of the Grizzles guards have active hands, they made life hell for Manu. They're playing hands down the best defense in the postseason thus far. Also Tim Duncan is getting pwned by Marc, he seems so much older going head to head against him.

Unless Tim Duncan has some monster games, the Grizz are taking this series. If the Grizz end up playing the Thunder in the second round, I wouldn't be surprised if they won. Tony Allen has shut Durant down in some of their games and Memphis played well as whole agaisnt them. I'm not saying that if they played, Memphis will win, but I could see that happening.

This is crazy. The Grizzlies were freaking dominant this game. Their defense is great, Marc is like the polar opposite of Pau. Having Tony Allen AND Battier to throw at Durant next round is going to be VERY useful for them. I also can't get around how good Mike Conley has gotten. His giant contract seemed like a joke over the offseason, but who knew he would break out and become so productive? Memphis has done a great job since the Pau trade. Just amazing.

I may not be 100% right but I was close. 4-1 4-0 same thing

You really think that. Memphis went 3-1 vs OKC and honestly are the worst team other than LA for OKC to face.

grizzlies are playing scary good and without arguably their best scorer, its so rewarding now that the spurs wont make it out of the first round and at the beginning of the season a bunch of people on the internet, espescially bleacher report, saying that the spurs were gonna win a championship and were the best team in the league
