Mason and Ireland picked the Nuggets to beat the Thunder...they think the weight of expectations might melt the Thunder. Lawson and Gallinari are pretty dinged up they're available to play of course but they're gonna be very limited. They don't have anyone to guard Durant (Gallinari puts forth some effort but not enough footspeed), JR Smith, Afflalo too small...maybe try Gary Forbes on Durant? I wouldn't put Chandler on him since they need Chandler's scoring, so i don't want him in foul trouble.

Afflalo may be too small, but I seen Tony Allen shut Durant down and he is smaller than Afflaflo. With that being said, I'm not sure how healthy Afflalo is right now. Chandler can defend as well as you pointed out, but he would probably pick up some chippy fouls.

Nuggets have a good chance if they make Durant a volume scorer. This series is going to be super competitive, I feel as if people are overrating the Thunder.

I dont think the Nuggets are well built for the playoffs they have some health issues, no HCA, havent done well against OKC, plus no go to player I can see them struggling to score against OKC.

The nuggets are so balanced and well coached, they can do some damage in this series

Definitely the loudest arena in the NBA! With the Staples Center at the other end of the spectrum haha

Is it me or the lower seeded team in every game 1 started with atleast a 10 point lead?

Bulls were down, lakers, celtics, Miami, spurs, and now OKC.

I didnt want the mavs game though. But this trend will probably result in the high seeded teams coming out with huge energy in game 2
