They need to fix my player mode. I want them to bring back My Crib, and I also want to request players on my team to be gone. I also want an enhanced free agency, like contract signings and teams expressing interests in you. Also, please please please put in the option to request guard someone else on the other team. I am tired of other team's SF's blowing us out. Jeez

Make the arenas more realistic. Such as when a laker player hits a 3 you get that bell sound effect. Ability to add custom music. Make the players more realistic.

Revealed:
The covers are done by artist Adam Larson, a name you may not recognize, but someone whose work is all over on everything from alcohol ad campaigns, to ESPN magazine, to Beyonce's latest album cover.
The Johnson and Bird covers are limited edition, and will only be available for the first printing of NBA 2K12.
While 2K Sports has yet to reveal the extent to which Johnson and Bird appear in the game, we'd say it's safe to assume they will have gameplay features built around them, similar to Michael Jordan's in NBA 2K11.

It's cool that they have the legends on the covers, but I'm worried this means they aren't going to have rookies in the game, and they'll be removing other features (may have last season's contracts, for example), all because of the lockout...and that's going to piss me off.
I hope that's not the case, but the fact is, none of the rookies will be signed to their teams as long as the lockout is in place, so legally, there's no way 2K can add them. Maybe as free agents? It'll probably be in roster updates once the lockout is out the door.

ATLANTA -- This time, Michael Jordan won't be the only one to cover a 2K Sports basketball video game.
The game company announced on Thursday that NBA Hall of Famers Magic Johnson, Larry Bird and Jordan will be featured in three separate covers on the front of "NBA 2K12," the latest installment of the best-selling basketball video game franchise.
Last year, Jordan was the cover athlete for 2K's NBA game, which sold more than 5 million units. Jordan also worked closely with the game's developers for last year's game, providing his input on details such as a player's shot technique.
For the upcoming "NBA 2K12," which is expected to go on sale Oct. 4, the company didn't specify how each of the three basketball legends will be incorporated into the game.

I thought Dirk would be a shoo-in for the cover this year after that crazy playoffs + Finals + actually being recognizable nowadays. Sucks.
