I started my association with the Lakers and did a ton of trades. Nash by himself got me Paul George and Jeff Teague lol. Then I shipped out Metta and Pau for cap relief and young players like Terrance Ross and Thomas Robinson. Not sure I'll keep it this way, I just wanted to see what I'd be able to get first but it looks like I'll get rid of everyone except for Kobe and Dwight for sure haha.

I want to start a franchise with the Bobcats. That team is dope... With LA it's to easy.


I started a new myPlayer and got drafted to the Hornets. Half way through the season now... Started out 4-17 and 'asked' to be traded. But stayed and they made some dope trades. We 22-21 now... #8 in the West. The starting lineup is -

They traded Eric Gordan & Anthony Davis.

50 games in my player mode, can't stand regular season play anymore so I'm only playing key games.

Already got my dude at 99 rating overall in his rookie year, #1 in scoring and #1 in assists.

When I first started I could average 20+ assists a game but its like the CPU has adjusted,
I can't get more than 15 a night but I'm still leading the league in that department.

That is what I'd do..

Since Kobe shoots a lot, I usually get a PF and SF that are good all around but are great at rebounding.

It really helps with finishing the play if Kobe misses a shot.

Yeah, that stupid [expletive] right there made my mycareer offline now.

So I can't play with my blacktop guy online anymore because their server went down and kept playing when I was in a groove.

Mycareer still has lots of improvements to make though, because after this past season (I finished up and won a championship)
the Lakers let Dwight Howard walk at the end of the season and there wasn't anything I could do about it.

So I asked for a trade to the Thunder and the Lakers took Durant for me so I got stuck playing with Russell hogs the ball and shoots too much Westbrook.

My game is pretty much a nightmare now.

I wish I was sharing the ball with Bayless, he isn't a star so he'd give me the ball (my character is rated 99).

I just retired, pointless to even keep playing if you can't even manage to get your FO to keep stars (like letting Dwight walk).

I've always loved teamup games, but ever since its inception its been a flawed mode.

Like you said, you can't pick who you wanna be, AND most of the time when the server is full it lags so bad
most people end up leaving by the end of the 1st quarter.

Haven't played the game in over a month. It just got boring over time like most games, plus I got Fifa and that is just more fun to play. Gave it to my friend to borrow, still a great game and I'm sure as the basketball season goes on more I will get re-interested into the game.

Had a fun game of 2k13 today.

Nash had 25 points 15 assists on 9-13 shooting (5-7 3pt).

Dwight had 42 points (all but one or two were dunks).

Kobe had 9 points but only had 4 shots.

I really hate 2K13's logic:

All-Star: you give up 10 offensive rebounds
Superstar: you give up 15 offensive rebounds and most of your passes are stealed.
Hall of fame: you give up 25 offensive rebounds and they hit every shot they take.
