I find it amusing when people are disappointed with great graphics like the ones in 2k13. Everyone is entitled to their opinion obviously, but for me, who grew up playing Sega Genesis, it's just something I find amusing because of how far games have come.



Those were the good ol' days. Today's generation of younger kids are spoiled beyond belief that this is their starting point with video games. (I sound like an old man ) I do look forward to see where graphics and gameplay can go with next-gen consoles, but I'll hardly complain when a great game like NBA2k13. Many people want perfect graphics, controls, gameplay, etc. Well its never going to happen, if with future video games. That's the way it goes, people should just be happy that we have video games to play in spare time.

Oh I played Atari, actually still do when I hang out with my cousin since he has it lol.

I wish I knew what happened to mine but luckily I have an emulator,
I can fit a gang of roms on my PS3 and play all of my old favs.


atari, nes, gameboy (og, color and advanced), genesis, snes.

Todays games may have way better graphics but todays games also are so hard to code
its hard to release a game that is 100% complete and doesn't have glitches.

Maybe its just me, but I don't remember the old school games glitching at all.

I can't tell you how many times I've just quit playing some of the newer games because
I encounter a glitch that threw me into a tantrum.

I dunno if anyone else experiences this in the new 2K (and some of the older ones) but
I get pissed when the backcourt glitch happens to me (when taking out the ball).

Anyone deal with that?

MY PLAYER MODE IS AWESOME!!!

Especially how your teammates respond to your playstyle and where you like to be. It's pretty awesome and the AI is vastly improved, it's not just psychic AI anymore.

Cheat Engine, it's program that modifies variables and codes embedded in the programs. I mostly use it for gaming purposes in general like changing health, money, stats, etc.

Started association mode, traded MWP & Steve Blake for Dorell Wright and another SF that had less than 1mil on 1 year.

Sim the whole season, we went 1 in West. Dwight was MVP/DPOY and Brown Coach of the Year....

Ran through the playoffs till Bulls in finals. They took first 3 games but Lakers came out of the 0-3 hole and won the chip in 7 games

Also, all the Jay-Z [expletive] urks the [expletive] out of me, I like Jay-Z but they really made
the game seem so stupid with the music videos.

I liked 2K more when it felt like an actual broadcast instead of an MTV/Basketball game mashup.

All the Jay-Z songs are horrible too, his new stuff is a paper ball bank shot into the wastebasket.

The DLC is a ripoff too, you have to pay for spanish commentating? WOW.

2K that hard up for cash they have to go pulling a EA with the DLC.

I thought they would of learned their lesson last 2K when they
charged us for legends showcase which should of been
included in the game.

everyone loves the soundtrack from jay-z but besides Eric B&Rakim, Mobb Deep, and Nas the soundtrack is awful

Jay-z put so many songs of himself on it and he didnt even pick one song off his reasonable doubt album

My controller joysticks are messed up so the post game isn't as effective for me anymore, I've been a post kinda guy since back in the day and I just can't adjust in this game because of my sticks I need to pickup a new controller to appreciate the new post controls better.

I wish somehow I could set them back to the old style

Now I'm stuck being a 50 assist a game kinda point guard.
