The Phillies play in an absolute JOKE of a ballpark

Interesting game. I knew the Phillies would not be held scoreless the entire night. But the bottom line is that if Furcal doesnt make a throwing error, we win this game. But baseball is a game of mistakes and who counters on those mistakes. Phillies did that.

I expect the Dodgers offense to really get going tomorrow, Myers doesnt impress me. Bills is on the mound. Lets see what happens though. No one said it was gonna be easy.

as long as we keep Rollins off the basepaths we should be fine.

Burrell is the guy im worried about.

You can't stop what Utley and Howard will do...just can't they're too good...let them have their solo shots or whatever...its the guys around them. Pay more attention to Burrell and make sure Rollins doesn't get on base

we need to get to their starters early so that we can get into their weak bullpen

- Leaving a juicy ball down the middle to Burrell

Furcal doesn't boot that play there's nobody on base for Utley and Lowe is still in a groove
Utley's homerun was a lazy flyball anywhere else in Baseball (except maybe coors)
Burrell LAUNCHED one that knocked lowe out of the game.....and put the phillies up 3-2....and they WON 3-2....hence, DIFFERENCE MAKER


but we did lose...and thats it. Now we need to go out and play for the next game

Who says we arent taking it like men? Furcal boots the ball, it gave them momentum. Could Utley have hit a homerun without Victorino on base? Sure he could have. Could Manny's ball have been out if it was a few feet higher? It sure would have. There are so many could haves and would haves in sports. I stated the Dodgers would have won without the error by Furcal because up to that point in the game Lowe was rolling along. Burrell was the difference maker as he was the one who hit a homerun that took the lead for the Phillies.

Its not about whining. Its called discussion of the game and the points in which turned the game for the Phillies.
