Upload the picture you want to post to a site like Imageshack, Tinypic, or Photobucket. Then, among the links they provide you, find the direct link (it will always end with your picture extension, such as JPG or GIF), copy it and paste it in between these two tags:
So it'll look like this...
[img][/img]
