android w/ version 2.2 can do pretty much anything the iphone can do as far as i know, and i'm sure there's a few things the iphone can do and the droid can't, and vice versa, but i just got a droid incredible and i hate to admit it, but i love the damn thing (side note, also have NES, SNES, and SEGA (bout 1000 games, mostly NES) on my phone)

one thing it has the iphone doesn't, is that it supports full flash, meaning atdhe.net, and basically any video you come across online works as if you're on a PC

new android update coming soon - codename "gingerbread" if you wanna look it up

I def do like that it's running on the linux kernel. I myself am a unix user so you know that means I auto-hate Apple, and to a lesser extent, Microsoft. However, Android is true to the nature of 'open source,' meaning there's almost nothing done on an Android that's considered "hacking" within the OS itself (that doesn't include unlocking for other carriers). WebOS is propriety software, still. But props to it for running on the linux kernel, anything that runs on the linux kernel is good in my book!

Yea i like linux as well & really with webOS its not hacking either, i just say that because the average consumer won't understand unless i say that or jailbreaking. Really all you do with webOS is type in the good ol' upupdowndownleftrightleftrightBAstart then your phone restarts & you can do pretty much whatever you want. It's true Android is completely open source though considering it is open to any company to use it on their hardware.

Has nothing to do with whether or not it's a good phone. Everyone freakin has it now and I honestly don't see what the big deal is. But then again I survive just fine without internet on my phone lol

Most definitely iPhone. This is veering into "Off topic," or "Technology" and not Lakers.

No use in trying to have a discussion. People are just going to choose whichever phone they own.

So gay how apple doesn't support flash with their portable devices.
That's the only Downfall but I do have an app called skyfire that allows you to watch flash videos tho
only Kobe can stop Kobe.

I used to be an avid BB user and was convinced I'd never convert to the iPhone. I was going to get the Tour and a friend of mine convinced me to try the iPhone.... WOW.

I'll never go back to Blackberry again. As far as the whole Driod vs. iPhone debate, I'm not sure... But I do know that the only other phone out on the market that has a retina display anywhere near the 4G's is the Samsung galaxy s. The camera on the 4G is also outstanding and the processor is fast as hell. Leaps and bounds better than even the 3GS.
