Houston Texans running back Arian Foster(notes) and cornerback Glover Quin(notes) were both fined $5,000 for unnecessary roughness.
Plus, New England Patriots safety Patrick Chung(notes) was fined $5,000 for a late hit.

naw, everyone's been talking about how injuries are up so far this year, so they're cracking down, trying to clean up the hits...
