Clay's frankly extremely lucky he's lived this long. Realistically, I think he would've more than likely been dead by now, but I understand how important his element is to the show so I know why they've dragged him out/extended him and to their credit, they've done a good job making it somewhat believable or at least somewhat passable.

Yeah I got a feeling his luck will continue though, as he creates his new crew which will probably butt heads with samcro at one point or another in the show.
