The Washington Wizards who up until this past week had won one road win. Yeah that's right one. Well they now have two. Guess who they beat? The Jazz.

Lakers 115-91.

Just get the W and just get the F out there ASAP. Utah having a rough season and we've owned them in playoff last 3 years, don't want anything to go down

SALT LAKE CITY -- Reserve Kyrylo Fesenko will make only his third career start and first of the season Friday night when the Utah Jazz face the Los Angeles Lakers.

A loss to the Lakers (54-20) officially eliminates the Jazz (36-39) from the playoffs and would make them the first team in history to start 15-5 and 27-13 and not qualify for postseason play, according to the Elias Sports Bureau.

The Jazz already have ruled out starters Andrei Kirilenko, Raja Bell and Devin Harris because of assorted leg injures as well as reserve guard Ronnie Price.

Coach Ty Corbin said he decided to start the 7-foot-1 Fesenko because he matches up better against Andrew Bynum. Al Jefferson moves to the power forward spot and Paul Millsap to small forward, with C.J. Miles and Earl Watson starting at guard.

Last time we played @ Utah, we were horrible. They had Dwill then (who went off) though and we didn't have Bynum.

No excuses, just win.

Pau Gasol is GONE

As noted, if we win tonight, Jazz don't make playoffs. That would make 4 straight years we knocked them out. In this case, they just get a few scrimmage games to finish up with. Wonder if they'll fight hard knowing what's at stake tonight? They pretty much need to win out to have a chance, but tonight could make it official.

Seasons the Celtics lost ECF when Lakers won the championship (7): 1953, 1954, 1972, 1980, 1982, 1988, 2002
In NBA history, the Lakers have finished better than the Celtics by a margin of 41-25!
