^ Yes! Brutal!

They do. Tough luck for both of them to be honest. Both were very close fights that could have gone either way at the point that they were at arguably.

I felt worse for Josesito though. I was rooting for him even more. I like Maidana too, but I respect Josesito a ton and think he's real classy.

I was gonna' go to this since I only live not too many miles away, but I didn't. Kinda regret it. Great fights as expected.

Looking forward to Mikey Garcia/JuanMa next week. Go Mikey!

This sucks...

Mikey Garcia’s body shuts down, he misses weight and drops his featherweight title at the scales

Damn, that's pretty shocking to say the least. That really sucks indeed. I hope he beats him even more now and emphatically. Make a statement about it.

Mikey does it again! This guy is just awesome man. Boosts his perfect record up to 32 wins with 27 by knockout. Just about flawless. Quick work too.

Hot dam those Top Rank girls are smoking! I thought Corona had the best ring girls....I don't know now.

^ Lol, that was probably the first thing I noticed as well. Them Corona girls probably need to take a page out of Mayweather's book and "step their game up". It was nice to have the option of using the pause & slow-mo on the DVR hehe.

& I agree, Lopez might be done or if not, for sure mostly irrelevant at this point.

Anyway, next week, Broner Malignaggi! I can't wait to hopefully finally see Paulie knocked out!!! So overrated and talks too much. Perhaps you can say the same about Broner, but Paulie annoys me even more cause he's just so weak of a power puncher and his style can be annoying as well in the ring.

Them ring girls were holdin'!!

Perhaps JuanMa could use a new trainer.

I'm not really a fan of either boxer. Paulie's cool calling fights but his mouth is bigger than his punch. Broner seems like he wants to be Mayweather at times. Both, however, can sell a fight. I'm hoping for a good showing.

Broner has to stop letting people hit on him. I mean damn u can clearly see he is trying to out score u. I think Broner still wins tho

^ Of course he did, but I gotta' admit, I'm really surprised Paulie lasted all the 12 rounds, in fact surprised and impressed he was never really even shook. That being said though, clearly, Broner as expected still had way more power and landed the more effective punches, but damn, he just couldn't get a knockout. Paulie's tougher than I thought.

That controversy after the ring though, damn. Broner really went low on Paulie with that girl comment again after it had seemed right after the fight that they had made their peace with Paulie coming over. I can understand why Paulie was so upset then and went after him.

Also, I understand his frustration with specifically one of the judge's scores. That 117-111 was a little outrageous, especially compared to the other two scores. Pretty cool that he called out boxing in general like that and was so honest, even with him working a job for Showtime as well as commentator risking it.

The previous fight one could argue, although no knockout as well, probably had harder punches landed overall from both guys and was just a more entertaining fight. That's not to say the Broner fight was exactly boring, it had enough action & moments as well, but just not as much as the other fight had from both guys. I'm really close to shocked no one fell in that one. Bombs & haymakers were being thrown throughout from both dudes.

I know some people will probably call out the Mexican dude that lost (not by much) for maybe being classless when he got all passionate there upon hearing the decision and going on his little rant, but I loved it. You could see even throughout the fight him fighting with no fear whatsoever and continuously taking it to the other guy. It was a very close fight. I could see the argument made for him or for a draw even, but one thing's for sure, that guy had a fantastic showing and I hope Oscar was impressed enough as well to hopefully bring him back to the public very soon for other future fights as well. The dude brings it.

oh no he was rocked couple times. Paulie always was tough and ha heart no doubt. Paulies punches are like pillows but Bronner could have lost it if he didnt stay active and if he just be more active it wouldnt have been that close. And the last fight Bronner straight up beat Rees didnt stand a chance controlled the fight all time. And it was [expletive]ed up what he did at the end it was little too much but they had serious problems with each other.

^ Nah, not as much as you make it sound. Yeah, slightly, but his legs weren't really wobbling or anything, be real. Just give credit to Paulie. He must have a heck of a chin, certainly surprised me.

Anyway though, do you think Broner was serious after the fight about saying he was gonna' somehow let the fans vote or decide who he'd fight next since a lot of people are always criticizing him about picking his fights/opponents? If so, who are some guys you personally wouldn't mind seeing him fight?

I looked up some of her pics on twitter too. She's not too bad, but you do kinda get the sense she's a little crazy. I side with Paulie on that front.

So who would you want next for Broner MAMBA?

Golovkin fighting next week!
