Not saying it's not a concern but he's just saving his energy most likely. Phil's zen ways working on him. We as fans can sit here and say this dude should be playing harder and all that but it's tough when you're trying to go for your fourth straight finals appearance and Threepeat.
He had the whole summer off, he SHOULD be playing harder and not getting owned by every single physical big man he goes up against. I mean, Sacramento's frontline made our front line into their [expletive]. I mean, a rookie and Samuel Dalembert killed us? Wow. It's one thing if he had been this crappy ALL year long, but he hasn't. His first 8 or so games were amazing. He was playing like a top 5 player in the league just dominating games. After that? A huge drop in his overall play on both ends. Bynum is back now, he's not grinding through 40+ minutes every other night now.
No excuse for a lack of effort and focus from Pau, and that has been in the issues in almost all of our losses.
