As for Phil, didn't get to hear the interviews since I was busy doing some other things. I'm sure you'll hear it very soon as AM570 got exclusive interviews with EVERY Laker!

Did anyone you talk to tell you their expectations for the season? Was there talk in the air about winning a championship, or was everyone careful not to make any sort of predictions, etc.?

Any update on Sun Yue? Was DJ Mbenga there? How were the younger players? Did they seem excited and ready to go?

Every single one of them. I told Bynum, Kobe, Gasol specifically to bring it home. Everyone was in the best mood you've ever seen. Media members were telling me it was MUCH different from last year.

Sun Yue wasn't there - because of Mono? I'm not sure. DJ Mbenga was there.

Younger players were in great spirits, you can see they're a very tight group! Everyone was joking with eachother as well!

EVERYONE that I showed went nuts about it. Seriously, the Vittiz are hot. If you come to CityWalk on Friday for the Lakers TLN/AM570 season kickoff party, you can check it out - I'll have it there as well. Everyone loved it - though I didn't get a chance to show Vitti himself.

Coolest dude for me - was Sasha. But I also got the most time with him. Gasol was amazingly nice too... then again, it's LAKERS MEDIA day - not GRIZZLIES MEDIA day.

hows luke is he good

Luke is really good. Foot is coming along great, says it feels good and he's becoming very healthy than he has been in a couple years. Very cool guy, threw a lot of wrapped gum at Sasha and me though.
