I wouldn't blame Lackey so much, one real mistake and that's it. Two runs ain't a lot. That's great. That's enough for your team to get the win for you, but Shields was the guy you should be getting on. I've lost confidence in that guy a long time ago. Also, blame Mike for putting him in when Oliver was having nothing but success, and if he was gonna' make a move, go with Jose instead of Scott.

To keep things in perspective, again it is just one game, BUT, we lost home field, we've now lost 10 playoff games in a row to them, 8 out of 9 wins in the reg. season obviously didn't mean bleep, our confidence is dying. If we don't win on Friday, I can't see anyway of us coming back and winning this series & even more, if the Angels don't win this series, that might just be it. We had everything we could want this year, no more excuses and to still possible come up short, would be unacceptable. It would be like a hurdle we could possibly never get over in beating them in the playoffs.

Morales should of been starting instead of overpaid Matthews.

Morales hasn't even been that good. GMJ has been hot as of late.

Quite possibly the worst game of the season for me. Angels played pathetic and I got ejected because I was in the crossfire of two retards throwing beers at each other. Thankfully I missed the terrible 9th inning.

Watching GMJ make that error, just made me so upset.

When I saw the replay of it later that night I was upset also because there was absolutely no wind that night so there was no reason to miss that ball. Even if he made that error, there were a couple of plays that Guerrero and Morales probably wouldn't have made that he did make.

Looks like Scioscia is giving the nod to Mathis in game 2. It's a situation where you criticize Mike for doing something so stupid or say he is brilliant for putting him in. The pitchers do have a better ERA with Mathis behind the plate though so maybe that will help us win. Santana is on the mound and Dice K walks a ton so hopefully the Angels will capitalize this time.

You gotta be freakin' kidding me. The Red Sox must not really try during the regular season, they save it all for us, god I hate that whole f'ing team and city. And WTF @ all the Boston fans in our stadium? Boston and the Yankees are the epitome of bandwagon fans, makes me sick.
