You take control of a franschise and your going to be the gm of the franchise. You can sign players trade em waive em. Like a normal nba gm.

I was told by a little bird (two birds, actually) that some didn't want to play because the Lakers were already chosen, and they wanted it to be fair...so I'll randomly pick the person that gets LA. Maybe we'll fill this out now.
