Hey all,

Here’s a look at who should be Next for the Hall

http://www.hoopsworl...?story_id=17113

I look at precedence – interesting that Steve Nash in theory looks like more of a lock than Reggie Miller.

I also make a case for Robert Horry.

One of three true locks - of course Kobe Bryant.

Thanks

Eric

Any chance that Derek Fisher has a slightest chance?

I doubt Horry or Fisher would make it..... Not unless they become head coaches and win there too....

Here is a good link where they use a formula to predict who will be Hall of Famers. http://www.basketbal...rob_career.html I would never rely on a formula to predict this type of thing, but I found it interesting.

It is madness that Robert Horry made the playoffs each of his 16 seasons in the NBA...

Can any other player say that?

I don't know about player, but PJ can say he has made the playoffs in all 21 of his (coaching)seasons, the finals 13, Conference finals 16 and won it all 11 times. so PJ is 11/21=52%; Horry was 7/16=44%, both pretty damn good.

Im sorry but imo Robert Horry should not be in the HOF and neither will Fisher. Dennis Rodman does deserve to be in the HOF for what he has done tho.

To me the Hall of Fame should be given to players who made thier teams what those respective teams will be rememebred for. KObe and Shaq obviously made those Laker teams what they were. But so did Horry,Fish, and Fox.....Now Horry did what he did for the Lakers, for the Rockets and Spurs as well.....Fish has hit big shots in all of his playoff runs....He has hit all-time hige shots...most noticeably 0.4, but Game 5 in the 09 Finals also. Game 3 of the 2010 Finals....4th quarter...that Hall of Fame [expletive] to me.

Rodman was so ahead of all his rebounding counterparts..It would be a joke for him not to go in...PLus he was a winner...C'mon its a no-brainer...If he was 6 times scoring champ he would be in the Hall of Fame...
I think scoring, defense, rebounding and playmakin are all equally important to b-ball.
SO in my Hall of Fame...Ben Wallace and Bruce Bowen would make i. Ben on the first ballot.

Kobe,Tim,Shaq,KG,Allen,Pierce,Billups,Parker,Ginobli,Ben Wallace,Dirk,Kidd,Nash and Ai would be no-brainers in my Hall of Fame
Again - this team, as currently constructed won't make it out of the second round of the playoffs, let alone the West or win the Finals.---fido on 2011 Lakers
