Simply put, I'm going to delay the board update and make sure things are running smoothly on OTR before I install it here. While I have full access to everything on TLN, I feel like I have a LOT of wiggle room on my own site, so if anything were to go wrong, I can access backups and old skins quicker.
So I'll be testing the update out, and then I'll dive into it here, and I'll try and put out a new skin that compliments the blog.
Priority is stability. I don't want our forums going down for an extended amount of time, or any data loss that requires us to restore to an earlier date.
New features include custom profile backgrounds, Share It links (ex. Digg, Facebook, Twitter), Facebook "Like" links on topics, extended reputation features (clicking on the rep number to see who all gave you rep for that particular post), and a few other things you guys will enjoy.

Hit a brick wall, and now I really do have to re-create the skin from scratch.
I'll implement some changes, and we'll see how it goes.
I could install the upgrade right now, but I would have to set TLN to the default IPB skin, which isn't too ugly...but it's also blue and black, and those aren't Lakers colors.
