That mid-season finale was what last season's actual finale was supposed to be a little more like. Better late than never I guess and even then, still could've been done so much better on various levels. I will surprisingly give them some credit though. The big showdown and action scenes there near the end lasted a lot longer time than I would've expected from them. Kudos for that, even if the actual quality itself could've still been better on several fronts.
how in the world is hershel crawling around with his head hanging halfway off lol
Just another of countless details of realism this show often overlooks or just flat out botches.
this show has so much filler its ridiculous. Idk how the hell rick and gov' fought so easily when they both have been shot prior
Lmao. I also thought it was hilarious how conveniently there were seemingly no "walkers" around when they were getting ready to have their little showdown. They seemingly had all the time in the world it felt like just talking slowly back & forth with no "walkers" around in the way to distract or bother. Suddenly there were none whatsoever at the fences and then what? A little later on, they make just three random "walkers" show up from the same direction (not even spread out or more random) and the badass Governor just nails each of em' on one shot per? Lol.
that grenade in the tank was weak
Yeah, you would think that tank would've done a mess of a whole lot more damage, but not even. They couldn't even point the thing at any humans and obliterate them away when that supposedly was their greatest intention in the first place (killing the opposition).
Comparing it to several others, I guess it's arguable it was solid, although I feel more comfortable with decent.
These writers, they do to little or too much.
Shame. A show still so far below its massive potential.
