Glad Hershel's dead

Dude. I don't know about that. Hershel was a keeper imo. Maybe not untouchable like Darrel, but a keeper.

Those kids putting in work was the best part lol

Nah it was time for Hershel to die too. Only one leg...he can't keep up on the road.

this show has so much filler its ridiculous. Idk how the hell rick and gov' fought so easily when they both have been shot prior

I was laughing at how the gov was beating Rick with the same arm that Rick shot him in.

Overall, a great episode for a mid-season finale. The show lost two main actors & possibly a baby.

Seems a lot like when they lost the farm & all the group was separated.

Glad Feb is just around the corner.

These writers, they do too little or too much.

That mid-season finale was what last season's actual finale was supposed to be a little more like. Better late than never I guess and even then, still could've been done so much better on various levels. I will surprisingly give them some credit though. The big showdown and action scenes there near the end lasted a lot longer time than I would've expected from them. Kudos for that, even if the actual quality itself could've still been better on several fronts.

how in the world is hershel crawling around with his head hanging halfway off lol

Just another of countless details of realism this show often overlooks or just flat out botches.

this show has so much filler its ridiculous. Idk how the hell rick and gov' fought so easily when they both have been shot prior

Lmao. I also thought it was hilarious how conveniently there were seemingly no "walkers" around when they were getting ready to have their little showdown. They seemingly had all the time in the world it felt like just talking slowly back & forth with no "walkers" around in the way to distract or bother. Suddenly there were none whatsoever at the fences and then what? A little later on, they make just three random "walkers" show up from the same direction (not even spread out or more random) and the badass Governor just nails each of em' on one shot per? Lol.

that grenade in the tank was weak

Yeah, you would think that tank would've done a mess of a whole lot more damage, but not even. They couldn't even point the thing at any humans and obliterate them away when that supposedly was their greatest intention in the first place (killing the opposition).

Solid episode

Comparing it to several others, I guess it's arguable it was solid, although I feel more comfortable with decent.

These writers, they do to little or too much.

Shame. A show still so far below its massive potential.

Everything a out that fight was a joke

Last time we saw the prison, there was 100's of zombies, running Into the fence... Now the gov shows up, and no zombies to be seen?

Then after the battle starts, the gov entire army just walks by Rick? Wtf! That made no sense ...

The tank seemed to do nothing... I mean. Come on...

This is how season 3 should have ended, seriously nothing happen!!!

Just started watching this.

Finished season 1-3 in about a week, haven't started 4 yet because it ain't on Netflix. It looks pretty weak, so I've been hesitant to start it. I'm wrong, right???

It's a mixed bag, but mostly sucky. The drama's a little overdone & soap opera-like & there's just so many things that aren't given attention to detail. So many laughable scenarios & things overlooked, but all that being said, if you still at least enjoy the occassional zombie killing/s, you could at least fast forward to those parts if you wish.

This show was great from the beginning of season one up until they reach the farm. It all went downhill from then. Too many wtf moments and not enough common sense in these characters. Not even sure why I still follow the show.

I've read that the original creator is suing AMC for more cash, it all makes sense now...

^ Just read that too now that you mentioned it. I hope he wins. AMC is sometimes greedy, cheap, & shady.

Yeah, I've read awhile back the creator left after season one. No wonder it isn't up to par to S1.
