^ 2nd half was pretty good, 1st half meh, but you've gotta' look at it in its totality and also consider this was the second to last episode of the season. When you think about it in those terms especially, you've gotta' acknowledge even more just how much of it was a let down overall.
I will agree that they've done pretty bad in terms of finishing storylines and instead dragging them on, but that's how viewers keep coming back for more.
People say "I'm done with the series" but they are in the minority when it comes to that opinion. If the producers actually saw a staggering decline in viewership, they'd change around how they do things, but it hasn't happened or at least enough to change how they do business.
It's also important to remember that there will be a new show runner for season 4, so things could change for the better like you want them to so we'll see what happens in season 4.
