If there would've been more episodes like the last few throughout the season, this season could've been considered at least decent in my eyes, but about 80-90% of the episodes were mostly trash with just very few short minutes or seconds of arguable greatness.

This season focused more on developing Rick as a leader and Carl as a badass (hopefully as much as in the comics). Next season is where I think stories develop

The season finale was good. The guy with the swords 
He had 2 walkers chained behind his back. I wonder why aren't they attacking him. They had no arms so maybe they can't scratch anyone, but what about biting ? I can't wait for season 3

OK I looked it up. Michonne is a female character and the two walkers behind her are her boyfriend and her best friend. Oh and their lower jaws are cut too so they can't bite her. According to the comic she will join the group, but it looks like Otis doesn't die in the comic and encounters Michonne on the way to that prison and then Otis convinced Rick to accept her in the group. Looks like there are some differences between the comic and the movie ..

The past two episodes were great. To me, it made watching all that "down time" very worth it. Watching last nights episode, I hadn't been on edge since the pilot. I like how it went back to the 1st season with the walkers in the city.
Can't wait to see more of Michonne. Sucks we have to wait til the fall to see her more in action.
I'm wondering what Ricks plan was when he had Carl set the barn on fire & then they climbed to the top. Seemed kinda high for them to jump.

Season 2 did nothing for me. I feel the show took a step back.
