I hate the Yankees, but have lots of respect for the organization, and that includes Steinny.
He will be missed, but will live on forever through Larry David...

This didn't really shock me, I knew he had to be getting bad if he turned it over to his son. He just had a birthday on the 4th right? He and Al Davis.
You don't plan for massive heart attacks.
Anyways, R.I.P to a baseball giant. My prayers are with his friends and family.

if winning is a measure of how you performed in sports, than he truly was a great owner, in spite of everything else. i guess jr. just got a whole hell of a lot richer too
