During Wednesday's media day at the Rose Garden, Trail Blazers General Manager Kevin Pritchard said the team will not sign Shaun Livingston. Former 76er Shavlik Randolph will sign a non-guaranteed contract, with the opportunity to battle for the remaining roster spot (along with Steven Hill, Luke Jackson and Jamaal Tatum).

Luke Jackson's still trying to fight for last remaining roster spots? I'd give Livingston a chance before any of those guys.

why not give livingston a chance he could be a backup for that team and maybe a starter if bayless does not do well.
