I'm going to lock it up. I'm also going to restrict members from having similar "offensive" pictures in their avatars.

Plenty of other sites are fine with it...but hey, once there are a few members who want to complain, I'm forced to let it be known, and it's my job to do something about it.

Although no porn has been posted on TLN, we have to do this for all of the underage posters.

If you need to talk to me about the lock, PM me and I'll explain more to you.

And with that said, things will change. Rules will be enforced more than ever. I will be searching for 1-2 new moderators, maybe bringing one over that I personally know, and we'll go from there. I will also write a new set of guidelines, and they will be followed.

My apologies to those who have done nothing wrong. You probably know the situation. I've grabbed a list of the members who have been active in that topic (and in the first Hot Girls thread), and I'm aware of what has been posted in there. If you need a better explanation, again, PM me.

i agree, plenty of pornsites out there you shouldnt be coming to tln for hot chick pictures, As a company (or in this case a website) gets larger more professionalism is always needed and tln is no exception.

Hey i know u got complains from me and some other members.. However, we were only complaining about the avatars.. Those of us that complained about it could care less if you have a Hot girls thread. We basicly did not want to have to see all those half naked ladies while family is in the same room.. Man this is a sports page/forum...

But if you did decide to have your own thread then so be it.. Persosonally i was bothered by the fact of half naked ladies everywhere.. No im not Gay..

lol u guys need to stop crying. LG doesnt allow u to talk bad about players and they ban u for no reason, and CL doesnt even have [expletive]ing admins so the site is always down. and dudes are on here crying about the way its ran? lol.

windu is a troll but u all troll with him, so i dont see what u want anyone on the TLN staff to do about it. RD, ditch TLN and go start up a Lakers forum like u planned when u left CL. i know at least 10 active guys at LG that will register, and a bunch at CL and im sure a bunch here.

im sure a mod will get mad and ban me but they wont if they have answers to what i have to say. any reason why u guys dont handle problems here? where are the other guys from the staff? JD is one of RD's biggest supporters but he quit, so why? do u guys (u members) really know whats going on?

RD does the code, the moderating, the adminning, he does 75% of it all. maybe u guys want commish to come admin the forum? lol. how many of u have been wrongfully banned? lol.

TLN wouldnt have forums if it wasnt for Nugget and the guys coming to RD. and u wont if he leaves. u have no idea just how many hate the members on this site. miller killer already got into the CP. TLN has been hacked twice. u really think a third time isnt long overdue? u guys are [expletive]ing idiots thinking this forum is badly ran.

Our moderators do keep busy here, or else I would take them off staff. They already know that. They aren't allowed to go in and edit forums, change skin/code, or do anything of the sort. They are around to put out fires around the board, and that's that. They also move topics, edit titles, lock duplicates, etc.

The stuff that happened at CL is water under the bridge. We all left the staff on our own two feet, left the site because we wanted to go this direction. I also have no interest in starting my own Lakers site because I don't need to. I run my own place, and I'm here.

The TLN community is not the problem. A few members are. It happens everywhere. There's no need to go all out on everyone here, so please refrain from doing so.

RD im not talking about everyone here. u know what im saying though. i can pm u all of the members and what they are saying if u want. there are a few who think they will get u tossed lol. i have proof too.
